Exploring Teamwork Essentials

How it works:

Students read Exploring Teamwork Essentials booklet (40 - 60+ mins).
Facilitator leads a student-empowered discussion to process the booklet's content (30 mins).
Facilitator shows the film ONE; The Movie with students (39 mins).
Facilitator breaks the large group into small groups. These groups engage in an activity to share their views on meaningful and timeless questions (30+ mins). Objective is to develop interpersonal skills of listening, articulating a view, and suspending judgment on perspectives of others. This activity can then be easily repeated throughout the school year with or without the facilitator.
